2. Premium Subscription

Premium subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a subscription has been activated and access has been provided.

3. Live Classes & Recorded Courses

Fees paid for live classes, recorded courses or batch enrollment are generally non-refundable once the course has started or access has been provided.

4. Digital Products (Notes, eBooks, Downloads)

Digital products and protected learning content are generally non-refundable once access has been delivered.

5. Test Series & Mock Tests

Fees paid for activated test series, mock tests or exam preparation packages are generally non-refundable once access has been provided.

6. Payment Issues

If a payment was deducted but the order was not successful, contact support with transaction details so the payment can be verified.

7. Special Cases

Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases such as duplicate payment, unauthorized transaction or a verified technical billing error.

8. How to Request a Refund (If Applicable)
